.
Hari raya ketiga. 7 am. Pagi tu aku rasa anak dalam kandungan kurang bergerak. Even kiraan gerakan anak bermula jam 9 am, tapi selalunya kalau aku bangun or mengiring kiri dan kanan, akan rasa pergerakan anak. Tapi pagi tu, entah. Rasa lain macam, tak sedap hati.

Tanya si suami,

'Abang, rasa anak kurang gerak lah.'

'Yekeh? Kalau macam tu, doktor suruh buat apa?.' tanya suami.

'Doktor suruh ke hospital terus.'

Apa lagi, terus suami suruh bersiap ke hospital. Barang baby memang dah ada tersedia dalam kereta. Aku pun mandi, sarung baju and tudung and terus ke bahagian kecemasan wad ibu dan anak Hospital Tuanku Jaafar (HTJ).

Sampai sana, beritahu masalah aku, nurse terus suruh masuk wad. Actually, aku dah cuak. Sebab aku ingat nak check je keadaan baby. Doktor check degupan jantung guna ECG and doktor beritahu yang bacaan jantung kurang cantik. Doktor suruh induce sebab kandungan aku pun dah matang, dah 39 minggu 1 hari masa warded. Berdesup jantung aku berdebar sebab rasa macam tak ready, takut semua ada. Bila fikir nak kena seluk, lagi meremang dibuatnya. Rasa nak lari pun ada.......

Jadinya, terus ditempatkan ke Wad Kenanga. Doktor beri penerangan esok akan dimasukkan ubat untuk percepatkan kontraksi a.k.a induce. Aku angguk tenang sebab tak tahu perasaan diseluk tu macam mana. Masih boleh bertenang malam pertama tu.

Esoknya, pagi dalam 5am, nurse kejut nak check jantung baby. Boleh tahan penat sebab nak baby tu aktif agak sukar. Digerak-geraknya perut aku bagi baby gerak. Hmm, suka tidur macam ibunya. Haha. Then, time to induce.

Doktor seluk, and terkejut aku macam kena renjatan elektrik. Sampai ternaik-naik punggung aku. Sakit dia hanya tuhan yang tahu. Ni baru kena seluk. Tak rasa lagi contraction. Dah lah tak boleh naik punggung, tapiii, sakit kottt, konpem naik punya lah lagi-lagi first baby. Nak lembutkan badan pun susah. Sebab sakit. ahhaha. Doktor masukkan ubat dan suruh aku berehat 2 jam jangan bangun berdiri.

Time ni dah rasa dah sakit sekejap-sekejap. Pinggang sakit. Nak gerak pun susah. Mulut tak habis zikir Nabi Yunus,

"Laailahailaanta subhanainni kuntum minazzalimin"
(Tidak ada tuhan selain Engkau, Maha Suci Engkau. Sungguh aku termasuk  orang-orang yang zalim.)

Tapi, dalam petang macam tu, sakit dah kurang. Tak rasa sakit dah.

Hari kedua pun repeat procedure yang sama. Dah buka 2 cm untuk hari kedua.

Hari ketiga. Check bukaan pagi tu, dah 4cm. Okay. Now it's time. Fuhh. Nebes toksah cakaplah. Dah prep ke labor room and suami boleh masuk teman.

Dalam labor room.

Nurse, bidan pasangkan CTG untuk monitor heartbeat baby. Doc pula masukkan urine tube. Haa yang ni part aku paling tak tahan. Seriuss. Ngiluuuuuu. Doc seluk balik tapi rupanyaaaa bukaan baru 3cm. And then doc decide nak pecahkan air ketuban. Alhamdullilah air ketuban clear.

Tunggu. Seluk. Tunggu. Seluk.

10 jam berlalu. But bukaan masih 4cm. Pakai ubat contraction pun tak jalan. Aku pun dah lemah sangat sebab dah 10 jam tak makan apa pun. Lapar. Dalam fikiran, operate je lah doc. Czer pun czer lah.

9pm doc decide nak emergency czer sebab jantung baby dah kurang aktif. Masuk LR pukul 9.45 pm, Alhamdullilah, 10.12pm, Maryam Sofia selamat dilahirkan. Berat 3.95kg. Doctor yang sambut tu sampai tak larat nak keluarkan Sofia sebab berat sangat. hahaha. Hanya perkataan Alhamdullilah yang mampu aku cakap time tu. Masa tengah jahit tu, nurse bawa baby ke arah aku, dapatlah cium bau syurga. Alhamdullilah.

Sakit tak czer? Masa operate tu memang tak rasa cuma kau akan rasa badan kau digoyang-goyangkan. hahahaha. Nak cucuk ubat bius pun seram tapi memang time ni aku selawat je banyak-banyak. Dalam tu siap pasang lagu raya okkk punyalah meriah. Dah lah doctor pembantu lelaki, pembantu bilik bedah pun lelaki, tapi iols redha je lah. Malu jugak tapi nak buat macam mana.

The azab part was, AFTER kesan bius habisss. Uiiii mak aihh. Time tu dah masuk wad, baby pun dah masuk jugak. Ayah, mama dan suami dapat tengok sekejap baby lepas tu kena balik rumah. huhu. Baby dah merengek nak susu, so nurse letakkan baby di sebelah aku and aku susukan baby secara baring mengiring. Sakit kat bawah jangan cerita lah....... Bisaaaaaaa.....

Like aku literally susah nak bangun. Kena baca bismillah baru boleh bangunkan badan. Dah lah after czer kena stay ward 2 hari untuk pantau luka. Subuh tu mama datang, mandikan aku. Mandi wiladah.

Blurr aku. Dah lah first time mom, clueless. Nurse pulak sibuk. Segan plak dekat orang kat wad sebab Sofia menangis je. haha. Sampai naiklah BP aku time tu. Penat. Tapi aku tahan je lah sebab dah jadi ibu, kenalah belajar macam mana nak handle penat.

Syabass diriku!

Aku berpantang di rumah maklong di kampung. Sebab maklong ada pengalaman handle cucu pertama dia. Mama aku dah lupa dah cara nak jaga baby. ahhha. Pakaikan pampers pun terkial-kial. Suasana kampung sangat mendamaikan. Tenang je rasa. Ayah mak aku hari-hari akan datang rumah maklong untuk tengok baby and bekalkan ikan lauk pantang. My pantang was awesome! Syukur suami cuti paternity sebulan dan kami bersama-sama jaga Sofia and belajar parenthood.

Aku rasa nak share tentang breastfeeding and I think this is important to mommy-to-be.

Sorry guyssss. Lama dah aku peram cerita ni. Tak ada masa kononnyaaa. hehe.

If you happen to be in Singapore, what good thing to eat? So let me suggest you some good places to feed your hunger in Singapore especially at Seah Im Food Centre!

There are many properties for sale, such as Turquoise Condominium for sale in Singapore. Turquoise is located in Harbourfront. It is strategically located near to Harbourfront MRT station and Vivocity. In addition, it is also near to Sentosa Island where you get to enjoy wonderful time with your family or friends. There is so much more to offer in Harbourfront other than just Sentosa Island

1. Eat 3 Bowls

Eat 3 Bowls is a stall that sells Braised Pork Rice, similar to what you see in Taiwan – Lu Rou Fan. The Braised Pork Rice her is served in a bowl of moist fluffy white rice and topped with braised meat, garnished with spring onions. The braised meat here is not overly fat or overly lean as they have great meat to fat ratio. The gravy that comes from the braised pork is so good that customers have been giving praises to how well it pairs with the rice.

If rice is not your thing, go for the Intestine Mee Sua, which is similar to the oyster Mee Sua, minus the oyster. The gravy is savoury, vinegary and peppery, and goes well with the Mee Sua and intestine.

The Salted Crispy Chicken is another must order from Eat 3 Bowls. The fried Salted Crispy Chicken is similar to the fried chicken served in Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks.

2. Aspirasi Food Stall

Other than the Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle, oyster lovers can give the Oyster Omellete a try too.
